Is Your Office Closing Due to CoVID 19?

COVID 19Will Your Office be Closed due to the CoVID 19 Outbreak?

The CoVID 19 outbreak is affecting businesses worldwide. If you have been affected, your friends at Telephone Sales & Installation don’t want you to miss any of your business calls. Simply forward your landline to your cell phone, and accept calls anywhere!

Most Major Telephone Service Providers use the same steps to forward calls. These steps are easily followed from Line 1 of your Landline phone.

  1. FROM LINE 1: Dial star-seven-two (*72) and wait for a dial tone.
  2. Press the 10-digit number of the cell phone to where you’d like your calls forwarded.
  3. Press the pound button (#) or wait for a response indicating that call forwarding has been a End the call.
  4. Repeat steps 1 through 3 if you’re not sure if the process worked.
  5. If you want to stop forwarding your calls, simply dial star-seven-three (*73) from your landline telephone.
    1. Some phone carriers use different codes for forwarding and unforwarding calls. Check with your carrier’s website for more information if *72 does not work.

*If you have direct lines to multiple extensions, you may need to repeat this process for each direct line that needs to be forwarded during your office closure.
